Renal injury may be mild as contusion with cortical lacerations - but there
is no injury to the collecting system. In major injuries to the kidney you
find damage to the collecting system with cortical laceration. In some rare
cases there are shattered kidneys, and/or pedicle injuries with renal artery
avulsion combined with pelviureteric junction avulsion

  D:

    Renal
contusion and pelviureteric junction avulsion with injury to the renal pelvis
causing contrast in the perirenal tissue.

  It is not
easy to find an exactly corresponding slice to every pathological example!
    For that reason the
    FILM
    (2)
    is
    recommended!
Once opened you may use it for every pathological example.
