  man, 45-years-old, on chest x-ray there`s a round shadow with calcification 
  in the right lung. In comparison with the chest x-ray 5 yaers ago there are 
  no changes in this suspect structure

    Hamartoma 
    (Adenochondroma) of the lung is the most common benign tumor of the lung. 
    But it`s uncommon, usually occuriing in adults and often found by chance. 
    Those tumors grow slowly, often contain calcification and never become malignant. 
    
    A 
    goitre and its extension into the mediastinum may cause a large mass and/or 
    deviation with compression of the trachea
