    iliaca comm. are age, pregnancy, estrogen drugs, surgery (especially pelvic 
    surgery) previous DVT, malignancy, obesity and immobility. Renal vein thrombosis 
    occurs in about 20% of those patients with nephrosis, 30% with membranous 
    GN and children with acute dehydration.
